The Paranormal Activist is a vocally discontent monster in Godville. They do not fight for a specific cause but against one. As a result of their eternal protesting, they are the bane of the Grim Reaper’s existence.
General Information
For as long as there has been death, there has always been Paranormal Activists: Those who have perished but have found the moments of their last breaths deeply concerning. They are the souls who fixate on their demises a lot more than they probably should. Why? It depends on the Paranormal Activist. Some are bitter, some are angry, and others probably wanted to live a little longer.
They frequently do their nightly protests within the vicinity of where they died. Some may protest in hospitals against the existence of whatever illness they succumbed to. Others might be in a forest - protesting on front of a bear’s cave because they were mauled to death.
But, many of them are at milestones as they were previously different kinds of monsters. These Paranormal Activists despise heroes. After all, the heroes are who killed them. They do not haunt the hero as much as they haunt the spot the hero had slain them. This is because they seem to be bound by location.
Any Paranormal Activist at a milestone will either just be standing there, waving picket signs and shouting with its fellow undead. This is quite loud, so they have a curse on them so their rallies can only be heard on a full moon. But, they are still demonstrating as long as it is nighttime. They are not active during the daytime.
Paranormal Activists occasionally get so riled up that they attack heroes. But, it is usually one at a time. Any hero with ghost-proof equipment can handle one with ease.
The do not die since they are already dead, but they may run off dropping any valuables when defeated.
It is said they demonstrate for all of eternity or until their reason for complaint is gone (Like a cure for an illness being developed).
