No one knows from where that monster came nor why it still wears that rusty armor, but it is clear that the Dead Survivor was killed in battle some time ago. It just never realized it. It doesn't fear death, but it seems that death fears that fiend as it continues to wander in search of its enemies with what remains of its bones and the sinew to hold them together.
