Festivities
Daily, heroines wander in the dangerous wild lands surrounding Godville, fighting monsters, raiding trap-filled dungeons, sailing through dangerous seas and eventually dying in the name of their goddesses.
That's why Festivities are so important. That way, heroines can fight, raid, sail and die, but with a festive ambiance! Doesn't that change everything?

Most festivities are events that come back every year at the same periods and impact the world of Godville in various ways.

💞 Valentine's Day
Boss-Monsters will drop enamoured hearts, a rebranded heart lab part.
🐠 April Fool
Come back every April 1st. Effects may vary each year.
🥚 Easter
Grants a bold healing item, easter cake 🥧, when wasting money in town.[1] Some special easter artifacts can also be found: easter egg, easter egg detector, and easter eggplant.
🎂 Godville's Anniversary
Every May 10 marks the beginning of this celebration. Goddesses and heroines celebrate the birth of Godville for 3 days and it affect the whole realm of Godville :
- Through sending a special "Happy birthday" or "Congratulations" godvoice daily, Goddesses will earn a great amount of godpower charges.
- The Godville Times Godpower capacitor will add a collectible (appropriate to the heroine's progression) upon discharging while not in a duel.
- Monsters may appear with the special "Anniversary" prefix
🍂 Autumn Season
During the whole month of September, heroines and heroes will often came across and collect "autumn mushrooms" [2] while questing.
Those mushrooms are special activatable artifacts that cost no godpower and grant a random Aura.
🎩 Boss Day
During Boss Day, Boss-Monsters will possess special artifacts that can be sold at high price and will skip the first few turns of combat with some special entries.

🎃 Halloween
Pumpkins everywhere! Starting from 29th October to 31st October, Halloween Festivities features :
- More common Undead Monsters and hungry tribbles;
- The Ghost Town appears out of nowhere;
- Glowing pumpkin artifacts to collect and open;
- Pumpkinized artifacts🎃: some artifacts will be followed by a 🎃 pumpkin emoji, raising their price greatly;
- Special Side Jobs [3] and Quests;
- The eerie Aura of spookiness;
- The Halloween Specimen, a weird and powerful beastie that roam in the seas of Godville[4].
🦃 Thanksgiving
Special Thanksgiving-only bold Activatable Artifacts appear in the game :
- 🦃Chicken salad.
- 🦃Jar of cranberry sauce (Need to be confirmed)
- 🦃Roasted turkey[5]
- 🦃Mince pie[6]
Costing 0% Godpower, these artifacts completely heal the hero. Alternatively, they can be sold at any trader for a great amount of gold coins (up to 2500).
❄️ Winter
Winter-related diary entries appear, sails welcomes icebergs and fishing won't require any bait.
🎄 End of the Year
Special "End of the Year" bold Activatable Artifacts appear in the game :
- Bengal light
- Chimney sock
- Christmas cracker
- Explosive firework
- Fire on a stick
- Fireworks set
- Tinsel pack
- Vial of holiday spirit
- Xmas stocking
They can be obtained randomly from Oceanic Boxes, killing monsters or playing Bingo.
They usually grants a Collectible (Gold coins, Gold brick, Gopher wood, Creatures, glyphes) but they can also sometimes grants 50% Godpower or another artifact from the list above.
Snowflakes also invade the inventory, Laplandville pops out of nowhere while Brewpid the Reindeer, Santa Claws and Satan Claus roams the road.

Godville's 5000 g.e.
To celebrate the 5000th day of Godville the 17th January 2024, some specials bold artifact were lootable on that day.
