Hi Star Stuff! i was wondering how did you upload the picturizer image?
did you manually download the image then upload it?
or is there a special way to link the image directly to godwiki?
best regards, -- Nananana (talk) 05:03, 3 November 2023 (UTC)

Hey Nananana, I save Picturizer generated monster images to my photo album on iPad. If the image gets the nod from developers I’ll add it to GodWiki monsters, through the ‘edit source’ process.
Yes, you can load directly by naming the filename in advance during initial edit, then directly selecting that filename in Edit Source, then the desired image from your photo album (after pressing the newly created filename). The editor will ask you to link your desired image to the new filename.
The other way is to use ‘Upload file’ and upload the image independently. Then use the same exact filename in the monster Edit Source and image naming.
I’m guessing someone has documented the process somewhere and may have a link? Once you’ve done it, it is pretty easy to pick up and carry on.
I hope this helps. Good luck -- Star Stuff (talk) 3 November 2023 (UTC)

hi again Star Stuff! thanks for the reply! how do you know the developers approve the image?
i saw in the Recent changes page, GodTlazolteteo  and his approvals, is that right?

Hey Nananana, the Picturizer Ideabox submissions are approved periodically by developers (since late 2022). You are notified of approvals through your Ideabox:Approved, -- Star Stuff (talk) 13:42, 3 November 2023 (UTC)

hey Star Stuff! im a bit noob. does this mean that i can only see the Approved picturizer pictures that are my own submissions?
im guuessing the Ideabox:Approved is this link? Ideabox:Approved
Ice Cream Clone that new picture, that is Star Stuff's picture? -- Nananana (talk) 16:18, 3 November 2023 (UTC)

Hey Nananana, yes, that’s the link. I’m still learning too. That is my understanding, that you can only see your own submissions there.
For any image you are curious about, click on the image itself to reveal the file’s history on GodWiki. That will display its upload date, thumbnail, pixel dimensions and the User (Godname) who submitted it. That User is usually who generated the image in Picturizer. Sometimes a third party will submit an image for someone else, but most often the User is originator of the uploaded image. — Star Stuff (talk) 20:21, 3 November 2023 (UTC)

hi Star Stuff! thanks for the detailed information and reply!
long story-short, i have enough IQ points to try out the picturizer!
its very nice that IQ points dont expire. haha. -- Nananana (talk) 10:25, 4 November 2023 (UTC)

Hey Nananana, congrats on IQ points/Picturizer. It is a lot of fun - the quality of generated images keeps improving as they tweak the AI generator. So amazing. Have fun — Star Stuff (talk) 14:35, 4 November 2023 (UTC)
