'Refused to disclose it'

I'd always seen this forecast (There is a forecast today, but astrologers refused to disclose it.) as a mystery that needed to be worked out as to which of the options were actually there. Assumed proved by receiving an epic today on quest #1636. -- S624 (talk) 20:38, 29 November 2019 (UTC)

I'd suspected that there is a forecast but is randomized. I don't know, but either I was very lucky to have my hero never wasting on beer, or secretly the bars were all closed. For reference, list of times the hero stashed:
  • 01:39 @ QT
  • 05:43 @ GV
  • 07:21 @ ??
  • 14:27 @ QT
  • 15:46 @ GV
  • 17:56 @ NS
  • 21:12 @ BC
I guess it could be the former since there's a hole between 7am-2pm but let me know if you've noticed such anomalies in "beer-funding". Hankvi Guidza (talk) 21:09, 29 November 2019 (UTC)
I think you've been very lucky today, I caught a waste entry earlier while Strandloper was in Godville. -- S624 (talk) 21:29, 29 November 2019 (UTC)
IMO, it's mere flavor text, you can receive an epic quest even if the forecast doesn't say chances are improved... But well, let's see if we can find proof of your theory. -- WardPhoenix (talk) 11:08, 30 November 2019 (UTC)
Pretty certain I've only received epics on the 20 quest count or on the unexpected epic forecast. Something unequivocally like no XP conversion, 70% restore or 25% arena send will clinch it. -- S624 (talk) 11:52, 30 November 2019 (UTC)
