Fire icicles are very dangerous but excellent talismans. They will burn (yes I said burn) any flesh. It will not start your campfire it's not that kind of fire. It is just so very cold it burns. Do not touch with bare hands. You can injure any type of monster with the exception of thick scaly types, like dragons.
