Template talk:Delete
Can it be changed so that delete doesn't link to the article's talk page. I think it really bulges the list of requested articles
Displaying on the template page
I debated the removal of the <includeonly>...</includeonly>
tags around the template, but had decided against it. Because now, with the template displaying on the page, there's kind of no way to tell that Template:Delete hasn't actually been itself marked for deletion.
I mean, if you look at e.g. Template:Die, there's really no difference between how that looks and how Template:Delete looks. It seems inconsequential, but it made me understand the reasoning behind the total <includeonly>...</includeonly>
wrapping, in this particular case. So, I dunno. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

- I suppose we could add some
<noinclude>...</noinclude>
'ed styling or explanation, for anyone viewing Template:Delete itself, to make it clear that the example is just an example. -- FeRDNYC (talk) 22:53, 18 November 2018 (UTC)
