|Description||Giant worm-like creature|
The Squirmisher (Pugnantis abnuentique "reluctant warrior") is a monster that is incredibly hard to kill.
Like its much smaller cousin the earthworm, the Squirmisher has a segmented body that contains many pairs of hearts. This allows the creature to live on even after literally being sliced in half. Whereas the earthworm has roughly 5 pairs of hearts, the Squirmisher has an amazing 127 pairs of hearts. If your hero should happen to be lucky enough to chop a piece off the Squirmisher or even kill it, they will find that Squirmisher heart is considered a rare delicacy and as such will fetch a hefty price at any market in the land. This is especially true in Unspecifiedistan, where grocers and restaurateurs will fight over the opportunity to add it to their stock.
