For The tribble is a brief period during April Foolspecial artifact that cannot be sold, dropped, crafted or used for any purpose. Once a tribble finds its way into a hero or heroine's Day 2013inventory, it will hog the space for a wormhole opened between the universes good while. The only way to get rid of Godville and Star Trek. A few tribbles slipped through, and they've been making them by force - aside from getting a home in loot bags, full inventory - involves Mystery Boxesdeath, and the like ever since.
__TOC__Usually they come in pairs or threes at the beginning, but overtime the hero or heroine's loot bag will fill up with more of them until his or her inventory is almost full. There are two kinds: Regular tribbles, and Hungry tribbles.
Tribbles are small==History==For a brief period during April Fool's Day 2013, furry creatures that reproduce at an incredible rate; a wormhole opened between the Godville and Star Trek universes. Tribbles will multiply On the Halloween 2019 update, a new side job was introduced that - among others - would involve to fill up more and more slots of a loot bag, preventing 'breed a hero from carrying more valuable treasurestribble. Because few traders want tribbles, ' It is considered complete once another tribble gets added to the 's inventory space in the meantime.
Tribbles eat an item ==Acquiring==There are a few ways of obtaining these living artifacts:*Opening a treasure box artifact (bag of trophies, orange box, etc.) obtained from a point of interest or by the end of fishing (2, either regular or hungry)*Opening a black box artifact (mystery box, deus ex machina, etc.) (3 at a time, regular only)*Defeating a Boss-monster that happens to have a couple in the hero's its inventory (hungry only)*A newspaper coupon could yield a pair of tribbles when multiplying, replacing ittraded.(Can be either regular or hungry ones)
Note that there's a higher chance of encountering tribbles if the Daily Forecast in the Godville Times mention a sudden increase of alien lifeforms. If at any point both regular tribbles and hungry tribbles co-exist in the hero or heroine's inventory, then after about 15 minutes, the regular tribbles will get "assimilated" to become hungry tribbles instead.   ==Hungry TribblesBehavior==
While not in an , the tribbles will occasionally multiply to fill up the hero or heroine's loot bag, preventing them from carrying more valuable treasures and resorting to return to town more often to try and sell them.jpg|left|thumb|Troubling indeedWhile this is happening, an existing artifact might be consumed - replaced by another tribble, though not always.]]
There exists an alternate form of the tribbleBecause no trader - hero-trader, roadside, named the hungry tribble. These behave much or otherwise - wants to be overburdened with tribbles in their inventories, the same way as regular tribbles and are occasionally received as a reward hero or heroine will have great difficulty selling them, ending up stuck with an increasingly full loot bag for defeating a boss monster in a dungeon. There are two key differences between the regular tribble and their hungry counterpartssome time.
# While one or more hungry tribbles reside in After several fruitless hours and up to about a day - depending on the heroes inventory's capacity, there is around usually if a 33% chance during little above half of the defeat of a monster that inventory are tribbles - the hero or heroine will remark in finally find someone who would graciously buy tribbles reach critical mass, which is around 75% of a herobut it's rarely worth the loss of inventory space, they will promptly evacuate in the heroes backpack and flee to see the world, presumably on a family vacationmeantime. Upon doing so, hungry tribbles typically leave large sums of money, around 100 Rates go at about 250- 250 500 gold per tribble, presumably just as overdue rentthe hero or heroine starts the selling phase while in town.
Whenever
Given this, while ordinary tribbles are almost always a burden on the hero, the gold received from carrying hungry

==Hungry Tribbles are found in artifacts like the ==Box with a question mark, Deus ex machina, Mystery box, left|thumb|Troubling indeed., etc., which generally cost 50% godpower and can make a "good or bad" thing happen to the hero.

However, unlike those regular ones, the hungry tribbles take on a more active role by being ferocious to both the Suddenly hero or heroine and the deus ex machina fell apartmonster he or she had defeated, and reproducing at an even faster rate by devouring most slain monsters - including their gold, loot, and perhaps even experience (although the latter is unconfirmed.) Special monsters are also included in their path of destruction (e. Three tribbles that appeared to live inside immediately moved into my backpackg. Oh, gods..Bricked monsters will not yield any brick, Questing monsters will have their blueprints devoured, and possibly any WANTED monster proof will not be enough to impress the town sheriff.}})
Hungry The hero or heroine will occasionally remark in his or her diary that the hungry tribbles can be sometimes found would hurt the hero or heroine slightly by nibbling his or her ear with their sharp teeth, or the fact that they'd leave nothing but a single bone for him or her in place of the inventory of a boss-monster, and may be acquired upon defeating it's corpse.

Tribbles seem In addition, once the hero or heroine's loot bag had reached a critical mass of hungry tribbles containing ~75% of inventory space, they will evacuate all at once and flee to multiply between see the end world - presumably on a family vacation. Upon doing so, the hungry tribbles typically leave large sums of selling loot gold - perhaps more per tribble than regular ones and most likely as overdue rent. In addition, some bold artifacts and the beginning even activatables (presumably around 5 in total) will appear in their stead as gratitude for mostly taking samples off of the "staring at counter" phaseshero or heroine.
Given this, while ordinary tribbles are almost always a burden on the Peeked into my loot bag just in time to see hero or heroine, the gold received from carrying hungry tribbles may very well make it a furry ball making purr worthwhile venture. Of course, the fact that these hungry tribbles also consume potential items and divided into two piecesgold from defeated monsters may leave the answer of this debate to each their own opinion.}}
