Hey, I don't check this often. Friend me and send a message, or write here and I'll see it when I'm sober :)

Two peaces

๐ŸŽถ Yeeaaah, one two, peaces kneel before you
๐ŸŽต That's what I said now
๐ŸŽถ Peaces, peaces who adore you
๐ŸŽต Just go ahead, now

I saw you added and removed File:Two peaces.jpeg from 2 pcs (2 pcs). I thought perhaps you removed it because it disagreed with the text of the article...?

Just wanted to say that if you are inspired to write a brilliant and funny article about 'two peaces', ๐ŸŽต just go ahead, now. Personally I don't consider the original article to be so brilliant that it couldn't be improved by setting fire to it and starting again. -- Djonni (talk) 07:37, 13 October 2020 (UTC)

WP:TNT might be a good idea, but I'm trying to put up pictures for now. I well mark the article as a stub. The original picture I put up didn't reflect the article at all, I realized after that I should read the article instead of just the title ๐Ÿ™Š. I will get to stubs after pictures. I hope. Maybe we can get a cleanup going with a reward system? --His portliness (talk) 16:09, 13 October 2020 (UTC)

User page & Hero template

I noticed you made and reversed a couple of changes, and thought I might help. ๐Ÿ˜Š

It seems like you may have wanted the {{Usergod}} instead of the {{Hero}} template, is that right?

If not, what was it you wanted to do, and what was it that you couldn't or didn't like about {{Hero}}? I'm eyeing that as the next big overhaul following last year's overhaul of {{Usergod}}, and all feedback is useful feedback. -- Djonni (talk) 06:02, 26 October 2020 (UTC)

You're a great detective ๐Ÿ˜‚, I was indeed looking fur the other template, but figured I could just remove the hero tag from my own page since I had already filled out the template as if it was for the user. I realized a minute after editing that I had just removed the tag from the template for everyone. Why would a template be so accessible? I mean, I would edit a template if I thought I had something to add, but it shouldn't be the kind of thing someone can edit by mistake...

Well, as you've discovered, if anyone does make an accidental, unintended, or problematic edit to a template, it's pretty trivial to fix! It's better to err on the side of easy-to-access, being friendly to new contributors, than try to lock the wiki infrustructure behind fences. In the bad old days, all the templates had horrible and nasty notices all over them warning people to keep off. We dismantled all the old regime's negativity and nastiness, and we would much rather have the occasional unintentional edit that make people feel like they aren't welcome to poke around in the cellars.
Also, for what it's worth, it's actually not that easy to go from inserting an infobox template to editing it! ๐Ÿ˜‚ I guess you maybe followed the link for {{Hero}} at the bottom of the editing page, arrived at the template, and then made changes without noticing that that page has the documentation for the template right there...? ๐Ÿ˜Š -- Djonni (talk) 07:27, 26 October 2020 (UTC)
