Deleting the list of starting entries
To continue a conversation from Talk:Boss-monsters#okay, this is silly:
I honestly think we should just remove the list of starting entries. This is the only example I can think of where we have just kept a list of every diary entry of a type like this. I agree with's and 's comments on the linked conversation.
- Ultimately, it's somebody's work. Work that they presumably spent time on and felt was worthwhile. I may not agree, but my opinion of its value is no more valid or important than theirs.
- All of which is to say, if even one single person wants to keep it on the wiki, then IMHO it should say. Relegated to an article all its own so that the rest of us can just completely ignore it, perhaps, but it should be afforded a home somewhere. And we should probably at least attempt to reach out to the users who did put work into creating the content, specifically, if we're going to consider removing it. (Because, in fact, I'll assert that the effort they put into creating it gives their opinion about its fate more weight than my opinion. ...As long as, like I said, it's kept someplace where I can choose to avoid looking at it.) -- FeRDNYC (talk) 09:57, 26 November 2018 (UTC)
