The Snowglobe of Godville has a miniature map which includes replicas of buildings from every town Godville has to offer inside it, along with beautiful details of famous features.
Shaking it makes the glitter go around, but upon closer inspection you see it is actually the tiniest of ascii characters as well as all the monsters, equipment, artifacts, and of course all the heroes that reside in Godville — which explains why sometimes your hero will lose money with no actual explanation. Every time your hero loses coins, someone somewhere shook their snowglobe to see what would happen.
